Remote sessions

All sessions are conducted remotely via phone or video call.

 

Please secure a private, uninterrupted, and confidential space for the scheduled session. Adequate WIFI is required for video calls and headphones are recommended.

Fees

All fees are due at time of service unless otherwise arranged with Jen. Electronic payment is accepted via Zelle. Sliding scale fees are provided to those who demonstrate financial need.

Cancellation/Rescheduling policy

To cancel an appointment, please contact Jen at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full. Based on Jen's availability, sessions can be rescheduled within the same week for no fee.

 

Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential unless real or intended harm is apparent to oneself or another. Recipient would be referred to a clinical and/or medical professional for a higher level of care.
